Dosage : Recommended dosage is 400 mg (eight 50mg capsules) taken twice daily, for a total dose of 800 mg. Continue treatment until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity.

Common side effects are nausea, anemia, fatigue, diarrhea, vomiting, dyspepsia, dysgeusia, decreased appetite, headache, nasopharyngitis/pharyngitis/URI, cough, arthralgia/musculoskeletal pain, back pain, myalgia, abdominal pain/discomfort and dermatitis/rash.
