Adcetris is an anti-cancer drug which is used for the treatment of Anaplastic large cell lymphoma, Cutaneous anaplastic large cell lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma, Mycosis fungoides, Peripheral T-cell lymphoma. Adcetris contains a monoclonal antibody that binds to a protein called CD30, which is found on some lymphoma cells. This medicine contains an anti-cancer drug, which helps in killing the cancer cells and it is a type of antibody-drug conjugate.

Dosage :  Recommended dose for relapsed systemic anaplastic large cell lymphoma :- 1.8 mg/kg up to a maximum of 180 mg .

Recommended dose for relapsed primary cutaneous anaplastic large cell lymphoma  :- 1.8mg/kg up to a maximum of 180 mg.

Recommended dose for relapsed classical Hodgkin lymphoma  :- 1.8mg/kg  up to a maximum of 180 mg.

Recommended dose for mycosis fungoides :– 1.8mg/kg up to a maximum of 180mg

Common side effects are: constipation,mouth sores,decreased appetite,weight loss,tiredness,dizziness,weakness,difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep,anxiety,dry skin,hair loss,night sweats,joint, bone, muscle, back, arm, or leg pain,muscle spasms.

Serious side effects are : unusual bleeding or bruising,numbness, burning, or tingling in the hands, arms,feet,orlegs,muscleweakness,peelingorblisteringskin,hives,rash,itching,nausea,vomiting,Diarrhea,cough or shortness of breath,decreased urination,swelling of the hands, feet, ankles, or lower legsdifficult, painful, or frequent urination,fever, chills, cough, or other signs of infection ongoing pain that begins in the stomach area but may spread to the back,pale skin,yellowing of the skin or eyes,pain or discomfort in the right upper stomach area,dark urine,clay-colored bowel movements,stomach pain,unusual bleeding or bruising,black and tarry stools,red blood in stools
