Description

Canmab is the generic version of Roche’s patented drug ‘Herceptin’ or ‘Herclon’. Its generic name is Trastuzumab. It is manufactured by Biocon/Mylan in India & is a considerably cheaper to Herclon. It is also available in two dosages in India, i.e. 150 mg & 440 mg. It is a temperature controlled medicine (2-8 degree celcius) & in powder form. It will be launched in India next month in February, 2014.
