Dosage : Usual Adult Dose for Hemophilia A with Inhibitors – 3 mg/kg subcutaneously once a week for the first 4 weeks, followed by 1.5 mg/kg once a week.
Usual Pediatric Dose for Hemophilia A with Inhibitors – 3 mg/kg subcutaneously once a week for the first 4 weeks, followed by 1.5 mg/kg once a week.
