Dosage : Recommended dose for unresectable or metastatic melanoma :- 240mg every 2weeks or 480mg every 4 weeks.

Recommended dose for adjuvant treatment of melanoma :- 240mg every 2 weeks or 480mg every 4 weeks.

Recommended dose for non-small cell lung cancer :- 240mg every 2 weeks or 480 mg every 4 weeks.
