Temonat also known as  Temodar or  Temodal belongs to the general group of medicines known as antineoplastics. It is used to treat specific types of cancer of the brain in adults whose tumors have returned and whose tumors have just been diagnosed.

The dosage of Temozolomide prescribed to each patient will vary. Always follow your physician’s instructions and/or the directions on the prescription drug label.

Temozolomide can cause side effects such as nausea, vomiting, constipation, tiredness, loss of appetite, headache, and fever.
